OPD
Healers hospitals offer a wide range of facilities for children, including routine check-ups, vaccinations, emergency care, and specialized treatments for chronic conditions. All opd consultations are free of charge and done on a walk in through basis. Some common services include general pediatric care, neonatal care, cardiology, endocrinology, gastroenterology, hematology/oncology, infectious diseases, neurology, orthopedics, pulmonology, and urology.
24/7 EMERGENCY
Emergency or ER facility for children at Healers Hospital ensure that emergency medical care is provided to children in the emergency room. Emergency medical care is provided to children who are critically ill, injured, or brought to the hospital in shock or trauma and require immediate medical attention. This care is provided by trained medical professionals who are experienced in treating children. We have state-of-the-art equipment to provide emergency services to the children.
Pharmacy Department
Our pharmacies are trusted for delivering high quality and authentic medications. We have a resourceful team of highly qualified pharmacists who are skilled and knowledgeable about the medicines we dispense. Our pharmacists are also trained to offer ccounelling to our patients to ensure that they receive the maximum therapeutic effect of medicines, avoid any reactions and clearly understand the side effects of the medicines. In addition to this, we have also initiated a computerised medication entry system to ensure that the medications given to the patients are safe and of correct dosage.
Pediatric Emergency Department (ED)
If you have ever taken your sick child to the ER, does this sound familiar ? • long waiting lines • crowded waiting rooms • Doctors and nurses who don’t know how to deal with kids A trip to the ER with a sick child is never fun but adding these stressors into it makes the experience even worse. For this reason Healers Hospital offers a specialized Pediatric Emergency Department dedicated for the care of children ( age 0-18years). Staffed by pediatric emergency specialists and nurses, we see children immediately and prioritize cases according to the level of emergency. No matter how big or small the emergency, we provide specialized treatment in a friendly, caring environment , 24-hours-a day, seven- days-a- week.
Neonatal ICU
Healers Hospital is specially equipped with a neonatal ICU (intensive care unit) which is a specialized unit within a hospital that provides intensive medical care to newborn babies who are critically ill or premature. The neonatal ICU is staffed with specially trained medical professionals, including neonatologists, neonatal nurses, and respiratory therapists, who are experienced in caring for critically ill infants. The unit is equipped with advanced medical equipment, including incubators, ventilators, and monitors, that is specially designed for newborns. The goal is to provide the highest level of care possible to infants who require intensive medical treatment.
Laboratory Services
Our laboratory testing plays a key role in the detection, diagnosis and treatment of pediatric, natal and postnatal conditions. Free Medical Camps
Apart from the facilities we offer in the hospital, we arrange free medical camps in rural and urban areas to help people by providing access to medical care for those who may not have access to it otherwise. We recently had a successful medical camp at Tando Muhammad Khan where we provided free basic medical check-ups, vaccinations, and free medicines to the visitors including antibiotics, multivitamins, and other medicines. This camp was especially important because many rural areas have limited access to medical care and people did not have the financial means to pay for medical care. These camps are typically staffed by medical professionals, such as doctors, nurses, and medical technicians, who volunteer their time to provide medical care to those in need.
Patient Welfare Programe
Healers Hospital endeavours to make quality healthcare accessible to children regardless of their socioeconomic status. Keeping in line with this principle, we have initiated a Patient Welfare Programme that provides treatment to children who may not , on account of financial constraints able to afford the regular hospital charges.
Zakat Fund
We also have a Zakat fund through which deserving patients who are eligible for Zakat are treated. All Zakat donations are used for the sole purpose of treatment of patients with no amount allocated to administrative or other purposes.
